That is how we prefer to work. If new windows and a flooring renovation are both on your list, we schedule them so dust and traffic are handled once, and so the trim and thresholds line up with the finished floor rather than being adjusted afterwards.
We can source specified materials and coordinate deliveries, which keeps selections, quantities and site timing consistent. If you prefer to buy your own finishes, we will give you a specification list so nothing arrives in the wrong size or finish.
Most of our projects happen while people are still at home. We set expectations before day one: which rooms are affected, what noise to expect, where materials will be stored, and how the site gets tidied at the end of each working day.
